Even though I now only offer Bookings on a Casual Day by Day basis and not everyday - there is still a need to formalise things like  - Booking Guide & Terms - as it simply makes everything easier for everybody - so on this page - you will find Information for things like - Availability Guide and General Booking Info - plus Payment Info - Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy.

When You are ready to book ...​

It is important that you consider the time and day you are looking at making a booking - allows you plenty of time to both travel to and from with ease - and - that it also allows plenty of time after the Massage for you to linger a while after - so you reap all of the benefits of The Relaxation Time for as long as possible - rather than simply rushing back to work or your normal fast paced routine of your day.

These days - I no longer rush to accept bookings @ a moments notice as after approx 13 years full-time and a couple of years off where I did the occasional Outcall (no longer on offer) - in Easter 2025 - I moved into my Apartment in Central Avondale and since being here - I now only offer Massage on a hobbie interest basis and therefore only accept bookings on a very casual day by day basis and not everyday - This enables me to give focus to myself as I go about my day to day - and that is primarily due to my medical condition - Fibromyalgia - diagnosed in late 2022 and the sole reason I closed my fulltime business in early 2023 and went on indefinite Medical Leave - Since then I have learnt how to manage my day to day within my body's new limitations - so as to give focus on maintaining a constant calm on both my Physical Body and Mindfulness Energy - which in turn now gives me the ability to enjoy life in general without exceed my body's limits so as to not affect the Fibromyalgia too much - while slowly allowing me to bring back some of those old habits I used to have - (like the gym - spin sessions and or bike rides - walks etc - mind you - not with the same energetic energy level as back then)- and of course  - this now means I am able to return to my greatest life passion and once again offer Relaxation Massage with Men in Mind - even if only on a casual hobby basis.  

 

Taking the above into consideration - while being mindful of  - that in my Apartment - I no longer have a dedicated space to offer massage - this means I need to set things up for each booking  and this done in my warm and cosy living room - and while I want to be polite and accommodating to all who enquire - to ensure this is done with ease - I no longer accept short notice bookings - and now require an absolute minumum notice period  - as is noted below.  ​​

While I am here - I have to say - that there will always be those few prospective clients who tend to ignore things like Booking Terms and or reading Confirmation Txt Messages properly for relevant Info and or have the wrong perception of what is on offer  - and whilst I have a reasonable level of tolerance for this sort of thing - and I have to once again  - say here - that while I have a very relaxed mindset about the sensuous style of Massage I offer - it is important for me to say - that without exception - when anyone does not confirm with all of the Info I request and by the time that is stated  -  as part of the Booking Confirmation Process - or its is obvious the intent of the Booking leans towards to an expectation of the style being one with a Sexual Focus - which is not what is described within my website - then simply put these days when this occurs - It is more than likely - that I will not proceed or even Cancel the Booking if already in place - Full Booking Terms are available to view lower on this page.

All Travellers - Please Note - that regardless of your Travel Modality, when an expected time of arrival into Auckland is less than 6 hours prior to a booking time, a non refundable deposit is requested to confirm the booking.  In cases where this is not agreed to, I will generally decline the booking.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

These days - my availabilty is very much on a casual day x day basis and not everyday - therefore I no longer rush to accept bookings - preferring booking requests to be made the day prior - (please only contact me between the hours of 9am & 9pm) - however on occasion I may be able to confirm my availability with approx 4 hours notice - an absolute minimum of 3 hours notice - and please note that this must be inclusive of your reply to the Pre-Booking Wellness Check -  which regardless of how many times you visit - is sent as part of every booking confirmation.

Your First Name and actual Mobile number (not just imessage email) are required to hold a booking space - I do not accept bookings without this minimum information. 

​

Times noted are intended as a Guide only - on a from / start to a finish by basis - and not every day - and are therefore not 100% guaranteed - With notice the day prior - subject to any personal committments I have in place - I maybe a little flexi on the times noted.

 

Please also note -  I usually close out enquires for same day bookings by approx 12  / 1 pm on the day and I generally only accept 1 booking on any given day and not everyday that is noted as available - this enables me to maintain a strong focus on keeping my Physical Body and Mindfulness Energy in a constant state of calm - and also allowing time to set up equipment for each Booking with ease. ​

​​Booking Terms & General Info.

Booking Confirmation Info.

The Booking Confirmation process is completed via Txt (generally no earlier than 24 hours prior) and is inclusive of a link to a hidden website page  - which is for you to view with regards to a Pre-Booking Wellness Check - which I request for all bookings for all clients - All you have to do is read over the Wellness Info on the page - then reply as stated.

 

Your Confirmation reply must be received by the time stated in my Confirmation Txt or the Booking may be released - Once I have received your reply to this info - I will 100 % confirm and then send a further Txt with Booking Day Info approx 3 hours before the Booking Time - as noted  below. ​​

Confirmation requests not replied to by the time indicated in the Txt  - and in instances where I request a deposit and this is not recieved by the time requested - may result in your booking being cancelled. 

 

It is rare I Cancel Bookings - when I do - I will generally send a Txt to advise - Once I cancel a Booking an immediate reschedule for the same day will not be available.

On The Day.

 

As I live in a large 5 x Multi level Apartment Complex - I always send a further Txt  - approx 3  hours prior to the Booking Time - The Txt is inclusive of a website link to a hidden Booking Day Info Page - which as everything you need to know to navigate Parking Locations - plus an Apartment Complex Site Map - showing Pedestrian Access Points and My Building location.

Also included in the TXT is  - Building Access Info - All Buildings have Secure Entry / Individual Floor Access - via dial up Intercom by main entry which also gives access to the Lifts.  

 

​Parking

There is a range of Free Street Parking available - within approx 150mtrs - such as 120 and 240 minute Public Parking areas - plus options in the surrounding streets. 

​On Site Parking is not available - any vistors vehicles parked on site are subject to towing @ owners expense. ​

All of this this will be indicated in the Booking Day Info Link.

For all bookings - Payment - ​is preferred in Cash on Arrival.

Note I do not operate with EFTPOS or Credit Cards - but I do accept Bank Transfer - terms apply as follows. 

​Full Payment via Bank Transfer can be arranged, with payment made the time I state in the Txt I send with Info for you to process tha payment.  This will allow for bank transfers to occur with ease, before the booking time - In the event a bank transfer is not recieved before a booking as requested - the booking may be released - or Cash on Arrival Requested - in which case - you will be notified at my earliest possible convienence.

All bookings remain tentative until your Txt confirmation and or deposit when requested is received.  Tentative means  - that I reserve the right to replace or cancel your booking at my discretion  - In the rare instances this occurs - a TXT will be sent to advise you.

EnigmaticBody is not GST registered and is run on a Non Profit Basis - therefore receipts are not available.

 

Massage Timing

For all bookings - I request you arrive approx 10 minutes prior to the booking time - this allows for plenty of time for things like - a brief pre-massage chat to check over any medical considerations and offer an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for you to have a shower before hand if required - I generally only request that you have shower here before the Massage - if you have come straight from work or have not showered within a couple of hours before the Massage.

Overall - although I do try and finish on time / and within the Massage time quoted - it is best to allow an extra few minutes - it may not be required - however allowing an extra few minutes after the Massage is finished - simply allows the Relaxation to linger a little longer with ease. ​​

​

You are welcome to shower on conclusion of the Massage as well - although I do recommended leaving the oil on your body for a while as it is great for the skin.  A shower before bed is 100% recommended.  Note: The Oil does not stain clothing - however it may leave residue on leather surfaces - easily washed off with warm soapy water.

Note:  Late arrival may result in the Massage Time being reduced to accommodate the overall booking time.

Cancellation Policy.​

I understand that "life" happens and changes can unexpectedly occur @ short notice.  In the event that you do need to cancel,  this must be done no later than 2 hours ahead of the booking time - if I am already set up and heaters etc are on - then an $80 Cancellation Fee applies.

 

In the event of a No Show or the Cancellation occurs on arrival / or during the booking itself, eg: when it is noted on your arrival, that the Requested Wellness Considerations Check is in Contrainidcation to the Info given by you as part of the Booking Confirmation - then the full fee quoted applies.

In the rare event -  that I do charge a Cancellation Fee -  I will notify via Txt - These are payable via bank transfer by the time stated.  If payment is not received as requested - then future booking requests will require the Cancellation Fee Quoted plus the New Booking Charge to be paid in advance via bank transfer a minimum of 12 banking hours prior to the booking time - or the new booking will be cancelled and future booking requests from you - will not be accepted.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel  / Reschedule bookings up to 2 hours prior to the booking - (without penalty to the client)  - should any of the following occur;

1 / Requested Info as part of the Booking Confirmation Process - is not received by the time stated - I will cancel the booking. 

2 / In instances  - where I am not feeling 100% on the day - I will touch base as soon as I can and request to reschedule - usually done a minimum of 3 hours before the booking time.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel bookings on arrival or instantly during the booking and charge the full rate$ quoted - in any instance where any of the following occurs; 

1/ When it is noted that any of the Wellness and Massage Considerations may affect the ability for me to Massage and I have not been previously advised of this.

2/  In any instance - a client turns up under the influence of Alcohol or Illegal Drug use - and or requests the use of Amyl Nitrate during the Massage.

3/ As this is a large Over 55 yrs of age - Apartment Complex - in any instance of disprespect for the personal space that I call home - whether it be against myself or any other Residence of the Apartment Complex.

4/ During the booking - when a client does not respect Personal Sensuous Boundaries - or - requests anything other than what is on offer - (as a per the information on this website) - and my request/s to stop are ignored or are not respected.

In all of the above - I reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.  In any event where Violence or Aggressive Threats occur - If required - I will not hesitate to involve Building Security and or Police.

F.Y.I - Security Camera's are active  in all common areas - 24 hrs a day throughout the Apartment Complex - These are in the Building Lobby / Lift / Hallway areas and in the Common Garden and Parking Areas within the Complex - Plus Office Staff are present daily & Security Staff are present on site most evenings.
