Even though I now only offer Bookings on a Casual Day by Day basis and not everyday - there is still a need to formalise things like  - Booking Guide & Terms - as it simply makes everything easier for everybody - so on this page - you will find everything you need to know when considering to Book with me - from Availability Guide and General Booking Info - plus Payment Info - Booking Terms and my Cancellation Policy.

When You are ready to book ...​

To me - there are a couple of things that need to be considered when making a booking - from the day and the time you are looking at - so it allows you plenty of time to both travel to and from  my Avondale location in Auckland Traffic with ease - and that it also allows plenty of time after the Massage for you to linger a while longer so you reap all of the benefits of The Relaxation Time for as long as possible - rather than simply rushing back to work or your normal fast paced routine of your day.

These days - I no longer rush to accept bookings @ a moments notice  - as after approx 13 years offering Full-Time up until early 2023 - then a couple of years off - during which time I offered bookings on a very casual outcall basis only -  Over  Easter  / Anzac of 2025 - I moved into my Apartment in the Heart of Avondale - and since being here I tend to closely follow my living Mantra  - SlowDownPapi but LiveLoveLife  - so as to ensure I have a good balance of life and keep my body calm - and this includes my availability for Massage - which I now offer on a casual day by day basis and not everyday  - with limited appointments - and I request advance booking. 

 

Taking the above into consideration - while being mindful of  - that in my Apartment - I no longer have a dedicated space to offer massage - I therefore need to set things up for each booking - which I do in my warm and cosy living room - and while I want to be polite and accommodating to all who enquire - to ensure this is done with ease - I no longer accept short notice bookings - requiring the notice period as noted below -  In addition please note that without exception - I now follow the Cancellation Policy and will cancel bookings if the info I request as part of the Booking Confirmation process is not recieved - Thanks for your understanding.

My replies to Txt  / Sms Messages may be delayed when recieved between 8pm and 9am or on days I am not available.

If calling / Txting from an International number please bare in mind time zone differences - In these instances - please use What's App as I am not on an Free Global Mobile Plan. 

​

Please note - Messages received that indicate booking requests outside of my availability as noted on this page - will be auto replied - directing you to this page. 

​

Your First Name and actual Mobile number (not just imessage email or what's app name) are required to hold a booking space - I do not accept bookings without this minimum information.

 

Availability is now on a casual day x day basis & not everyday - Notice is requested the day prior with full confirmation required by 8pm - I generally only accept bookings for the 60 minute time option on the day if a suitable time is available and in these instances full confirmation is required by 12pm - See Availability by day / date and times below.

Given my strong focus on Relaxation - I find and hour is simply not long enough to give opportunity for the Spirited yet Sensous Massage Movements to blend with the Holistic Tantra Meditative aspects of Relaxation - therefore these days - It is my preference to only accept bookings for the 90 minute time option - why ?  -  to me the 90 minutes simply offers a far superior Relaxation Massage than the 60 minutes will ever do - and given this - and that I have to set up for each booking - it just makes good sense to allow the extra time while you are here - so as to ... relax ... relax ... relax ...   I also prefer to do bookings - late afternoon / early evening - eg: approx 4 pm / 5 pm - as to me - taking time out for you - towards the end of the day simply allows a greater relaxation - and for me it is when my energy levels for the giving of Massage are @ my best  - translating to a naturally greater holistic energy transfer during the Massage  - and that is why my rate for an hour is set @ my minimum of $120 - it simply encourages you to make the most of your time and book the 90 minutes  - so as to relax ... relax ... relax ...

I am happy to hold a booking space - up to a week in an advance - for the 90 minute time option only - however please note that I only - 100% confirm bookings - @ the earliest on the day prior. Any Booking held prior to this is considered Tenative only until this point in time. 

​

Times noted on this page are intended as a Guide only - and are on a from  - to a finish by basis only - ​With notice the day prior - subject to any personal committments I have in place - I maybe a little flexi on the start time noted - eg: make myself available for a 1 / 1.30pm booking time or finish by 7.30pm - I no longer accept bookings earlier or later than this.

I generally only accept 1 booking on any given day and not everyday - In addition - since July 2026 - I now limit bookings to only 1 or 2 a week - if this is reached during week days - I may close out Saturday availability - this helps me maintain a strong focus on keeping my Physical Body and Mindfulness Energy in a constant state of calm - which for me is an essential day x day requirement of my medical condition - Fibromyalgia - of which you can read more about on my Bio / Why Choose me as your Healer Page. ​

Any changes to availability are noted under the day / date applicable - and are only updated once any Tentative Bookings or my personal plans are 100% confirmed - and to be honest here - even then - availability may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy.

General Info.​​

The following is a guide of what happens around Confirming Bookings and on the day etc - and I have to say here - that there will always be those few prospective clients who tend to ignore things like Booking Terms and or reading Confirmation Txt Messages and the included website page links properly - and or have the wrong perception of what is on offer  @ EnigmaticBodyMassage - and whilst I have a reasonable level of tolerance for this  - and  - I have a very relaxed mindset about the sensuous style of Massage that I offer - it is important for me to say here  - that without exception - when anyone does not confirm with all of the Info that  - I request as part of the Booking Confirmation Process and by the time that is stated  - or - it is obvious the expectation of the style leans towards to being one with a Sexual Focus @ any level of - then simply put these days  - when these sorts of things occur - then - more than likely - I will not accept a booking request or I will consider Cancelling the Booking - which is simply about - me keeping a calm focus on my day to day.

Booking Confirmation Info.

The Booking Confirmation process is completed via Txt - generally no later than 8pm the day  prior - as noted above - if in the event we are confirming on the day - then this is usally requested no later than 12pm on the day - or an absoulte minimum of 4 hours in advance. ​​​

​

Confirmation requests not replied to with all the Information noted in the Txt and by the time indicated - plus in instances where I request a deposit and this is not recieved by the time requested - will result in your booking being Cancelled. 

 

It is rare I Cancel Bookings - however when I do - its is with a notice period of no less than approx 4 hrs (unless in an emergency) - I will generally send a Txt to advise as soon as I am able to - Please note that once I cancel a Booking an immediate reschedule for the same day may not be available.

On The Day.

As I live in a large 5 x Multi level Apartment Complex with No On-Site Parking - I always send a further Txt - approx 4 hours prior to the Booking Time - The Txt is inclusive of a website link to a hidden Booking Day Info Page - which has everything you need to know to navigate Parking Locations - plus an Apartment Complex Site Map - showing Pedestrian Access Points and My Building location.

Also included in the TXT is  - Building Access Info - all Buildings have Secure Entry / Individual Floor Access.

​Parking

There is a range of Free Street Parking available - within approx 150mtrs - such as 120 and 240 minute Public Parking areas - plus options in the surrounding streets. 

​On Site Parking is not available - any vistors vehicles parked on site are subject to towing @ owners expense. ​

​

For all bookings - Payment - ​is preferred in Cash on Arrival.

Note I do not operate with EFTPOS or Credit Cards - but I may accept Bank Transfer - Terms apply as follows.

​Full Payment via Bank Transfer can be arranged - A prompt to ask for Info will be included in my confirmation Txt if this is available for your booking  - Payment must be made by the time I state in the Txt I send with Info for you to process tha payment.  This will allow for bank transfers to occur with ease - before the booking time.

​

All bookings remain tentative until your Txt confirmation and or deposit / full payment when requested is received.  Tentative means  - that I reserve the right to replace or cancel your booking at my discretion without reason if need be - In the rare instances this occurs - a TXT will be sent to advise you. 

​

EnigmaticBody is not GST registered and is run on a Non Profit Basis - therefore receipts are not available.

 

Massage Timing

For all bookings - I request you arrive approx 10 - 15 minutes prior to the booking time - this allows for plenty of time for things like - a brief pre-massage chat to check over any medical considerations and offer an opportunity for you to ask any questions. 

 

I request that you shower before coming to your Booking - within@ least a couple of hours ahead of time - I generally only request that you have a shower here before the Massage - if you have come straight from work or have not showered before coming here.

Overall - although I do try and finish on time / and within the Massage time quoted - it is best to allow an extra few minutes - it may not be required - however allowing an extra few minutes after the Massage is finished - simply allows the Relaxation to linger a little longer with ease. ​​

​

You are welcome to shower on conclusion of the Massage as well - although I do recommended leaving the oil on your body for a while as it is great for the skin.  A shower before bed is 100% recommended.  Note: The Oil does not stain clothing - however it may leave residue on leather surfaces - easily washed off with warm soapy water.

Note:  Late arrival will result in the Massage Time being reduced to accommodate the overall booking time.

Cancellation Policy.​

I understand that "life" happens and changes can unexpectedly occur @ short notice.  

In the event that you do need to cancel - this must be done no later than 4 hours ahead of the booking time.

Note: it is @ this point of time - that I would have confirmed changes to my own day to accommodate the booking - so therefore any Cancellation Request received up until this time will not incur any fee - and in all instances of Cancellations - I do not accept a reschedule for the same day and any request to reschedule to a future day / date may require a deposit or full fees to be paid by 8pm the day prior to confirm. 

Any Cancellation received within 4 hours of the booking time - may result in an $80 Cancellation Fee applying and Any Cancellation within 2 hours of the Booking time may result in Full Fees being charged - no exceptions.

In the rare event -  that I do charge a Cancellation Fee -  I will notify this and any Applicable Fee in a Txt as soon as I am able to  - These are payable via bank transfer by the time stated - If payment is not received as requested - or -  in instances where I have cancelled the Booking due to no confirmation reply from you - then future booking requests will require the Cancellation Fee if Quoted - plus the New Booking Charge to be paid in advance via bank transfer a minimum of 12 banking hours in advance of the booking time - If the new booking is not confirmed as requested - it will be immediately cancelled and future booking requests from you - will not be accepted.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel  / Reschedule bookings @ anytime prior to the booking time - (without penalty to the client)  - eg : should any of the following occur;

1 / Requested Info as part of the Booking Confirmation Process - is not received by the time stated - I will cancel the booking. 

2 /  In instances  - where I am not feeling 100% on the day - I will touch base as soon as I can and request to reschedule - usually done a minimum of 4 hours before the booking time.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel bookings on arrival or instantly during the booking and charge the Full Rate / $$$ quoted - eg : should any of the following occur;

1/  When a client is more than 15 minutes late and has not contacted me in advance of the booking time to advise of this - I will consider this a No Show - and my Cancellation Policy will come into immediate effect.  At that time - the booking will not go ahead regardless of where the client is - even if they are at the Apartment Complex. 

2 / Where a client does not Cancel in Advance as noted on this page or Fails to show for a Booking @ all. 

3/  When it is noted  - that on arrival  - any of the Wellness and Massage Considerations - will affect the ability for me to Massage and I have not been previously advised of this.

4/  In any instance - a client turns up under the influence of Alcohol or Illegal Drug use - and or requests the use of or even just presents on-site - Amyl Nitrate during the Massage.

5/  As this is a large Apartment Complex - in any instance a client disprespects the personal space that I call home - whether it be against myself or any other Residence of the Apartment Complex.

6/  During the booking - when a client does not respect Personal Sensuous Boundaries - or - requests anything other than what is on offer - as a per the information on this website - and my request/s to stop are ignored or are not respected.

In all of the above - I reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.  In any event where Violence or Aggressive Threats occur - If required - I will not hesitate to involve Building Security and or Police and refuse to reschedule or accept further booking requests from you. 

F.Y.I - Security Camera's are active in all common areas - 24 hrs a day throughout the Apartment Complex - These are in the Building Lobby / Lift / Individual Floor Hallway areas and in the Common Garden and Parking Areas within the Complex - Plus Office Staff are present daily & Security Staff are present on site most evenings.
