Even though I am now only offering Bookings on more of a Casual Day x Day basis - (instead of approx 15 years fulltime until early 2023) - I still need formalise Booking Info & Terms - as it makes everything fair for everybody with regards to Information for things like - Availability Guide - General Booking Info - Payment Info - Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy.

When You are ready to book ...

​

• It is important to consider when you are making  a booking - that you choose a day and time  - that allows you to travel to and from with ease - and - also gives you plenty of time to linger longer after the Massage - so you reap all of the benefits of The Relaxation Time for as long as possible - rather than simply rushing back to work or your normal routine of the day - while also allowing time with ease for you to honour the committment you have made when requesting a Booking with me.     

• Which leads me to .... saying the following with a warm hearftfelt kind of vibe...                      I no longer rush to accept bookings @ a moments notice and while I want to be polite and accommodating to all who enquire - please be mindful that I am doing similar to you -  in that I am giving up my personal time when accepting bookings - add in that these days - due a permanent medical condition - Fibromyalgia - that requires me to manage my energy output daily so as to keep a constant calm focus on my day to day - I generally only make myself available when my own Physical Body and Mindfulness Energy allows me to give a Massage with the same passion I have always had for what I do - and - whilst I do have a reasonable level of tolerance when accepting bookings - sadly there will always be those few clients who tend to ignore things like Booking Terms and or Confirming by the Times I request  - therefore  - I will state here - that when anyone drags their tail on responding to all of the Info requested as part of the confirmation process (inclusive of the PreBooking Wellness Check ) - I have to say here that these days - when this occurs - it is not un-common for me to simply decline or cancel bookings  - so as to help me to maintain a calm focus on my own day to day.

• Txt / Sms is Best - as my phone is often in silent mode or I am away from my phone - such as during bookings and or Volunteering Committments.  I will respond as soon as I am able to.

• All Travellers - Please Note - that regardless of your Travel Modality, when an expected time of arrival into Auckland is less than 6 hours prior to a booking time, a non refundable deposit is requested to confirm the booking.  In cases where this is not agreed to, I will generally decline the booking.​​​​​​​​​​​​

​Availability.

 

As I no longer have a dedicated Massage Space  - and I now only offer bookings on a casual day x day basis - I do need to set up the Massage Therapy Table for each booking - while ensuring I set aside the time from my own day with ease - therefore - I seldom accept bookings @ a moments notice anymore - therefore  - I generally prefer that bookings are made the day prior (appreciated by 8pm) - however on occasion I may be able to confirm my availability with an absolute minimum of 3 to 4 hours notice - and this must be inclusive of your reply to my Confirmation Txt Message and the brief on-line view and respond to - A Pre-booking Wellness Check - that I request as part of  all Booking Confirmations.

Days and Times noted below are intended as a Guide only.

 

I generally only accept 1 x booking on any given day - and not everyday.

All bookings are confirmed via Txt / Sms only.

 

Your name and Mobile number are required to hold a booking space. 

 

 I do Recommend Booking in Advance.

• Monday & Tuesday

• Thursday & Friday

• Generally from - 

• a 1st booking time of 2 pm

• to

• a last booking time of approx 6 pm.

• Saturday and Sunday

• Generally from

• a 1st booking time of 12 pm

• to

• a last booking time of approx 4.30 pm.

• Flexibility on times maybe possible with notice the day prior. 

• As a guide only this maybe:

• Week-days - up to a 12 pm for a 1st booking time and up to 7pm for a last booking time.  Weekends  - up to 6 pm for a last booking time. 

• I am generally not available before 12 pm.  

• Weekend availability may change without notice- especially on warmer / fine days and during the summer months.

• I am generally not available - Wednesday and Public Holidays.​

Booking Confirmation Info.

The Booking Confirmation process is completed via Txt and is inclusive of a link to a hidden website page  - which is for you to view with regards to a Pre-Booking Wellness Check - I request for all bookings for all clients - which is sent as part of the Booking Confirmation Txt - generally a minimum 3 to 4 hours before the booking time - All you have to do is read over the Wellness Info on the page - then reply as stated.

 

Your Confirmation of Booking must be received by the time stated in the my Confirmation Txt or the Booking may be released - Once I have received your reply this info - I will confirm  - then send Booking Day Info 2 to 3 hours before the Booking Time.

Confirmation requests not replied to by the time indicated in the Txt  - and - in instances where I request  a deposit - and these are not recieved by the time stated - this may result in your booking being cancelled. 

 

For bookings held more than 24 hours in advance - I generally send a further TXT closer to the Booking Time, to confirm the booking is good to go, before I fully confirm.  This will require a response by the time indicated in the Txt and in instances this is not received, the booking may be cancelled.  A Txt will be sent in the event this occurs. ​

On The Day.

 

Once the booking is 100% confirmed by you  - Approx 2 to 3 hours prior to the Booking, I will send a Booking Day Info Txt with a website page link with further details such as Parking Locations - and an Apartment Complex Site Map showing Pedestrian Access Points - plus My Building location and also included in the TXT is by Building Intercom Info. 

 

​Parking

There is a range of Free Street Parking available - within approx 150mtrs - such as 120 and 240 minute Public Parking areas - plus options in the surrounding streets. 

​On Site Parking is not available - any vistors vehicles parked on site are subject to towing @ owners expense. ​

All of this this will be indicated in the Booking Day Info Link.

For all bookings - Payment - ​is preferred in Cash on Arrival.

Note I do not operate with EFTPOS or Credit Cards - but I do accept Bank Transfer - terms apply as follows. 

​Full Payment via Bank Transfer can be arranged, with payment made a minimum of 3 banking hours prior to the ​booking time. This allows for bank transfers to occur with ease, before the booking time - In the event a bank transfer is not recieved before a booking - the booking may be released, or Cash on Arrival Requested - in which case - you will be notified at my earliest possible convienence.

All bookings remain tentative until your TXT confirmation and or deposit when requested is received.  Tentative means  - EnigmaticBody reserves the right to replace or cancel your booking - In the rare instances this occurs, a TXT will be sent to advise you. 

EnigmaticBody is not GST registered and is run on a Non Profit Basis - therefore receipts are not available.

 

Massage Timing

For all bookings - I request you arrive approx 10 minutes prior to the booking time - this allows for plenty of time for things like - a brief pre-massage chat to check over any medical considerations and offer an opportunity for you to ask any questions and for you to have a shower before hand if required - I generally only request that you have shower here before the Massage - if you have come straight from work or have not showered within a couple of hours before the Massage.

Overall - although I do try and finish on time / and within the Massage time quoted - it is best to allow an extra few minutes - it may not be required - however allowing an extra few minutes after the Massage is finished - simply allows the Relaxation to linger a little longer with ease. ​​

​

You are welcome to shower on conclusion of the Massage as well,  (time is allowed for this) - although I do recommended leaving the oil on your body for a while as it is great for the skin.  A shower before bed is 100% recommended.  Note: The Oil does not stain clothing - however it may leave residue on leather surfaces - easily washed off with warm soapy water.

Note:  Late arrival may result in the Massage Time being reduced to accommodate the overall booking time. This is very much subject to my committments after.

Cancellation Policy.​

I understand that "life" happens and changes can unexpectedly occur @ short notice.  In the event that you do need to cancel,  this must be done no later than 2 hours of the booking time, otherwise a $80 Cancellation Fee applies. 

 

In the event of a No Show or the Cancellation occurs during the booking itself, eg: when it is noted on your arrival, that the Requested Wellness Considerations Check is in Contrainidcation to the Info given by you  as part of the Booking Confirmation - then the full fee quoted applies.

In the rare event, that I do charge a Cancellation Fee - these are payable via bank transfer within 6 hours of recieving the notice to pay.  If payment is not received, then future booking requests, without exception, will require the Cancellation Fee Quoted, plus the New Booking Charge to be paid in advance via bank transfer, a minimum of 12 banking hours prior to the booking time, or the new booking will be cancelled and future booking requests from you - will not be accepted.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel  / Reschedule bookings up to 2 hours prior to the booking - (without penalty to the client)  - should any of the following occur;

1 / Requested Info as part of the Booking Confirmation Process - is not received by the time stated - I will cancel the booking. 

2 / In instances  - where I am not feeling 100% on the day - I will touch base as soon as I can and request to reschedule - thank-you for your understanding.

EnigmaticBody reserves the right to Cancel bookings on arrival or instantly during the booking - and charge full fees - in any instance where any of the following occurs; 

1/ When it is noted on arrival or during the booking itself  - that any of the Wellness and Massage Considerations may affect the booking going ahead @ that time or continuing and I have not been previously advised of this. 

2/  In any instance - the client turns up under the influence of Alcohol or Illegal Drug use - this includes Amyl Nitrate during the Massage - the Massage will not proceed any further and full fees will be charged. 

3/ As this is a large Over 55 yrs of age - Apartment Complex - in any instance of disprespect for the personal space that I call home - whether it be against myself or any other Residence of the Apartment Complex - I will not proceed and full fees will be charged. 

4/ During the booking - when anything other than what is on offer is requested, (as a per the website information) - and my request/s to stop are ignored or are not respected - I will not proceed and full fees will be charged.

In all of the above - I reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises and block your number from being able to call me.  In any event of Violence or Aggressive Threats - If required - I will not hesitate to involve  Building Security and or Police - F.Y.I  - Security Camera's are active  in all common areas - 24hrs a day throughout the Apartment Complex - in the Building Lobby / Lift / Hallway areas and in the Surrounding Garden / Parking Areas  - plus Office Staff are present daily & Security Staff are present on site evenings.
