A note fell out of book I began to read today - I bought the book from a thrift store not long ago near where I am housesitting in Matakana (total blissful spot by the way - beaches & regional parks close by, spa for when Ive done my day's walk mearly equals ahhhhhh) ....
the quote says the following ...
The strength of a man is in his ability to move on without being held hostage by circumstances and through the recognition of new horizons. After the changes in my life this year (2023) - whether its been adjusting to the medical stuff, or deciding to pack up my home for a while & stop doing my passion, the fully immersive 2 & 2 1/2 hour tantra relaxation massage I had been doing for the previous 12 years; - this quote simply makes sense to me, and makes my Living Life Mantra - "Slow down Puppy but Live Love Life," become more relevant to me going forward.
